The Birth of Alma Yoga: A Transformational Journey.

In 2015, I began a life-changing journey by practicing yoga. As I dug deeper, I discovered it had a significant impact on my physical, mental, and emotional health. This passion motivated me to obtain my first yoga certification in 2019.

Initially, I taught yoga because I enjoyed sharing its benefits. However, I quickly realised that many people suffered from emotional stress, chronic health concerns, and lifestyle challenges. The globe faced a mounting crisis:
– Increased stress and anxiety
– Growing prevalence of chronic conditions such as thyroid, diabetes, PCOS, infertility, and more.
– Unhealthy lifestyles driven by work stress, competition, and technological overload.

A watershed moment occurred during my visit to the Museum of the Future in Dubai. The wall included a chilling prediction: “Despite technological abundance, depression, anxiety, loneliness, and addiction will increase .” This reflected the disturbing truth that depression would overtake obesity as the world’s leading health concern by 2030.

I knew I needed to act. The future demanded a solution, and yoga was the key. I decided to devote myself to teaching today’s youngsters and children about the transformative potential of yoga and meditation.

My Story

In 2014, I discovered yoga as a fun way to unwind. Little did I know, it would become my passion and purpose. As I delved deeper, I realized yoga was more than just postures – it was a gateway to self-discovery. This understanding sparked a fire within me to help others unlock their full potential.

As an internationally certified Yoga Teacher and specialized Pre & Post-Natal Yoga Instructor, I’ve honed my skills to address various health concerns:
