Overview
Alma Yoga offers a limited refund policy for online subscriptions. Refund requests can be made within 7 days of the subscription date, provided no live sessions have been attended or content accessed. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method via PayU and may take 7-10 business days. After 7 days, or if services have been accessed, refunds will not be available.
Return Policy
As Alma Yoga provides digital services (online classes and content), there are no physical goods involved. Therefore, return policies are not applicable.
Shipping Policy
Since all services offered are digital and online, no shipping is involved. You will receive access to your yoga classes and content via email or directly through your account upon successful payment.
Cancellation Policy
- Subscription Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refund for Cancellation: Cancellations do not qualify for refunds. Once a subscription is canceled, users will still have access to services until the end of their paid period.
